It is a very small tomb, so I eventually persuaded him to leave me alone and talk to Helen, otherwise I would have seen nothing. Needless to say, he didn't get much backsheesh from us. Much of the decoration and contents is not there, but there are drawings and reproductions. The best part is that Tayeb could drive me to the door (for backsheesh, of course). In the other hand TT69, the Tomb of Menna, was spectacular. It has been conserved in 2007-9, the colours are bright, and there is no dirty perspex.
As both tombs are well documented I did not take my own photographs.
