The party arrived in dribs and drabs. Before eating they sang a couple of songs. I didn't recognise the language, but the first tune, Greensleeves, was obvious.
As I was leaving I noticed another group of half a dozen or so black-uniformed army types in the breakfast area.
The more senior officers certainly seemed to enjoy their food.
Then, up at Memnon, the coach park was full with a lot of tourists. Busiest day of the season so far.
And Hapy Habou was sufficiently busy that I decided to spend the afternoon at Desert Rose instead. A very hazy, overcast afternoon. I spotted the first swift or martin of the season, but there is still very little wildlife around.
I decided to post the blog now, rather than the next day, as it is easy to forget the details.
