The cliffs at Dingli are impressive, this whole area being a walkers’ paradise for one younger and fitter than I. There is one large restaurant there, aptly named Cliffs, It appeared to be crowded, and the wind was really gusty across the open landscape.
In the afternoon I retreated to a Sicilian restaurant/bar in Bugabbi to get out of the wind. In the evening I had a Veal steak at "Bad Bull BBQ House", in Bugabbi Bay square. This was very disappointing. It looked nowhere near the 350 gms advertised (although the waiter showed me the packaging which confirms the weight. It was poorly trimmed, and the chips and salad were nothing to write home about. I certainly won’t be going there again!
