Apparently that word has made it into the English language:
"military slang Australian
- Go away; be off.
‘Training and service in Egypt and the Middle East led to words being borrowed from the Arabic, including igri (hurry up), imshi (go away), maleesh (never mind) magnoon, meaning crazy, and quiess kateer, meaning very good.’"
Once again I had to wet-wipe my table. Senior staff do not seem to understand that a quick wipe with a dry or wet dirty rag is not very effective.
