I realise that somebody had to go out and buy the lemons and other ingredients, but this level of service is just not acceptable. I did not see any senior member of staff around. Other customers, using the pool, had similar difficulties.

I retreated to Hapy Habou, where my computer decided to reboot itself and the Internet went away. Suffice to say that I am not happy!
Is it any wonder that I tend not to eat and drink at the hotel, preferring places with a semblance of organization or at least a reasonable level of communication when there is a problem.
