The river has risen again, so the Emely is under even more water near the Etap. All the hotel boas moored outside Luxor Temple came out onto the river: 2 to sail south one to moor on the stack at the Winter Palace and one to return to the temple. For a few minutes I had an almost unimpaired view of it. Maybe I should have taken a short walk to get the sandals out of view.
There are a lot of pictures today of a dahabaya as it was full (or over-full). It was towed down and up the river.
And I've included a picture of the full moon rising through the trees near the RRH.
As it was Thanksgiving Day I dined on turkey pane, with pepper sauce and fries, at Fayrouz. It was washed down with Obelisk red, of course.
