The minus side though is more extensive. The kitchen light is "intermittent" like many in Egypt. It comes on when it wants to, not only when you switch it on. There is no electric kettle in the kitchen. The rest of the apartment has no air conditioning, inefficient fans and some domes. It was impossible to cool it to a comfortable level even at night. There is a wifi router that appears to be connected (judging by the flashing lights) but no password so I couldn't use it.
Anyway, Here is a set of pictures of the inside. It was too hot to venture outside in the daytime and too dark at night, so the outdoors pictures will follow on another day.
